Privacy Policy

UADV LLC · Last updated 17 September 2026

This policy covers uadv.net. It explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and what you can tell us to stop.

UADV LLC, 1025 E Hallandale Beach Blvd, Ste 15-788, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009-4478, is responsible for the information described here.

What we collect

When you fill in a form. Your name, email address, phone number, company, and whatever you write in the message field. Our contact form asks for a phone number so we can call you back about your enquiry.

When you just visit. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you look at, how you arrived, and how long you stay.

Session recordings. We use Hotjar, which records how visitors move through the site: mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and how you interact with forms. Hotjar is configured to suppress the contents of form fields, so we see that you typed in a box, not what you typed. These recordings are analytics, and they only run if you allow analytics cookies.

Cookies and tracking

We group cookies into the three categories shown in the banner on your first visit.

Essential. Makes the site work and remembers your cookie choice. Runs without consent.

Analytics. Tells us how the site is used. Only with your consent.

Advertising. Measures our ads and shows you relevant ones. Only with your consent.

The services behind them: Google Tag Manager and accessiBe (essential), Google Analytics, Hotjar and HubSpot (analytics), and Google Ads and Meta Pixel (advertising).

Changing your mind

The Cookie settings link in our footer reopens the panel at any time. Turning something off stops it from that moment; it does not delete what was collected before.

If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland, nothing but essential cookies runs until you accept. Everywhere else, analytics and advertising run unless you opt out.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an instruction not to share your information for advertising, and we apply it automatically before showing you anything. You do not need to do anything else.

Text messages

We do not currently send marketing text messages. If that changes, we will ask for your agreement separately at the point where you give us your number, and we will not text numbers collected before that.

We may call or text you about an enquiry you actually made. That is not marketing.

Who we share with

The services above receive the data described. We do not sell your information for money.

We do share information with Google and Meta for advertising purposes. Under California law this counts as sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising, and you can stop it. Rejecting advertising cookies in our banner does exactly that.

We also share with service providers who host the site and send our email, and with anyone we are legally required to give it to.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, UK or Switzerland, you can ask for a copy of what we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, take it elsewhere in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

If you are in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another US state with a privacy law, you can ask what we have collected, ask us to delete or correct it, and opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Reject advertising in the cookie banner, send a Global Privacy Control signal, or email us. Any of the three works.

How to reach us

Email info@uadv.net or write to UADV LLC, 1025 E Hallandale Beach Blvd, Ste 15-788, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009-4478.

We answer within 45 days. We may ask you to confirm who you are first, so we do not hand your information to someone else.

How long we keep things

Enquiries for three years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data for 14 months. Advertising identifiers for up to two years.

Children

This site is for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email the address above and we will delete it.

Changes

When we change this policy we change the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will make it obvious rather than quietly updating the page.
